What Are We Aiming For?

Some examples of things you might be putting off:

  • Doing something nice for your partner
  • Booking a flight (I have a flight next month I've been putting off booking because it was cheap last month so it didn't seem urgent)
  • Starting to learn a new skill
  • Joining a club
  • Paying a bill
  • Buying a birthday gift for someone

Everyone has something! The more resistance you feel, the more important it is to do.
